The Social Action Group is a youth driven organisation that provides assistance and services to the elderly and anybody in need in the community. Our group is run by local school students between the ages of 14 and 18 under the guidance and leadership of the group's founder Jerh O'Donoghue. Over the past 26 years, we have evolved from running a laundry service for the elderly to building a youth creativity centre, a day care centre, 7 sheltered houses for the elderly and employing 16 people.
